Fantastic service, called due to a faulty light fitting. Quickly arrived at the scheduled time and swapped out the issue. They also noticed an issue with the fuse box which they quickly corrected.

This company went out of their way to fit me in as an emergency, for a complete loss of electricity to the house. They were friendly and professional, and identified the problem. They then went above what I would expect them to do by phoning the Western Power on my behalf, explaining in detail the problem to the power supply was outside the house, and ensured they dealt with it as an emergency. This resulted in a swift response and repair by the supplier. I would not hesitate to recommend this company who were not only professional and able, but thoughtful and kind

Excellent service and very well priced.

I rang to have an outside light replaced. I was given a date and time that suited me. The engineer arrived on time. My father who is 87 and wanted to discuss the light placement. The engineer was outstanding very caring and my father was left feeling as if he had been listened to. The work was carried out without any fuss and all mess cleared away. Completed within the Covid rules wearing masks etc. Exceptional customer service.

Recently had a complete Rewire of home done by Nigel and Rhiannon. A brilliant job. Can't fault the service.
