Fortunately the technical service team at AEI Communications were really helpful and took the time to talk me through the CEC settings on the two televisions and the DigiSender Pro3.
I can confirm that the problem is now solved completely and everything is now working as I had hoped/expected it would.
I have tried emailing and Phoning any number at AEI Security & Communications and there is no answer.
I have had a reply and the number they have supplied is working. I have spoken to support and they have identified the problem as a Faulty power supply. Tested it and and can confirm this as correct. Thank you

There was a problem at AEI with their phone system, and has since been rectified. Customer support has since been very good.
I would also like to say that the Digisender has worked perfectly in the 18 Months I have had them and the new power supply will give me further continuous use.

Received my order of DigiSender equipment yesterday (9 July 2018).
I can't thank you enough. The picture and sound quality is absolutely superb. The equipment was bought to replace an older radio-signal Digisender that struggled with our thick interior stone walls and even more so with the heat wave. I'm getting a bit old and doddery but I found the instructions to be simple to follow and it was easy to set up the units. Once again many thanks for the excellent product. I wish your company every success for the future.
I bought a AEI SECURITY — WIRELESS ALARM SYSTEM many years ago and the system worked perfectly for a number of years, so when the DIAL UP CONTROL PANEL (MU4000) went faulty I was keen to stay with the same
Disadvantages
Unfortunately the new DIAL UP CONTROL PANEL (MU4000) I ordered from AEI SECURITY website went faulty after a few days of use.
I spoke with Sean who advised that is was probably a faulty power supply and would send one out to me.
I did not receive the new power supply for about 4 months after contacting Sean numerous times, each time he'd would tell me there was an issue with the order.
When I finally received the power supply, it did not resolve the issue.
I have tried contacting Sean again numerous times to no avail.
The above is a cut down version of what happened, please factor in many conversations with Sean and many tests and resets before he agreed to send out a replacement power supply.

My impressions of this organization is exceptionally poor, I don't think they are at all interested in resolving this issue. I believe they have my money and will from now on practice avoidance.
I wish I had read other reviews before dealing with this organization.
My experience with this organization has been awful.
