Amazing service from Allan, Dean, and Mark at Datatool regarding a recently fitted Stealth tracker system. Excellent piece of equipment with just as excellent service.

I've seen a few bad reviews here but my experience has been completely satisfactory. I have Grest the Datatool system on my bike and just recently fitted on my motorhome too. I have inadvertently caused an alert a few times, last time disconnecting my bike battery to fit an accessory. They phoned me within seconds to ask if all was ok as their call centre had received the alert that my bike was being tampered with. Great company, great product.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSSINESS MINUS 50 STARS IT STILL WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH OR REFLECT THERE LEVEL OF SERVICE. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER CALLED MICHELLE HERSLEY CONTACTED ME SOLD ME AN S5+24 HOUR TRACKER WITH IMMOBILISATION I PAID IN FULL INSTANTLY INCLUDING MY SUBSCRIPTION. OVER A WEEK LATTER THEY FITTED A TRACKER NO IMMOBLISTION AND THERE FITTER RETURNED ME TWO SETS OF KEYS, ONE TRACKER FOB AND A SPARE BATTERY SAYING THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO BE PRODING WIRES ALL OVER MY CAR. AS THE CAR ALREADY HAS A TRACKER I ASKED HIM TO TAKE THEIR EQUIPMENT OFF THE CAR AND REFUND MY MONEY HE SAID THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND RANG MICHELLE WHO WAS PROMISING ME A REDUCTION REFUND CREDIT AND A SECOND TRACKER FOB. SO AFTER TWO WEEKS OF RINGING THIS SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER WHO NOW DOES NOT ANWSER HER PHONE TO ME, RETURN ANY VOICE MESSAGES I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY PROMISED REFUND, NO SECOND FOB AND NO IMMOBLIATION WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR. IS IT JUST A RIP OFF? AT THIS MOMENT I AM UNSURE. IS THE SERVICE VERY BAD? I THINK THAT GOES WITHOUT SAYING. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!

Great product, shambolic Online service.
I tried to top my EWMs up on line - tried several times....kept saying not possible at this time, try later or conact them....after many failed attempts I got s chat agent - he was uselss and said to call them. Meantime email messages saying payment method invalid - update details - (which I realised was the problem as my card had been renewed). I pressed the button to update details - directed again to a contact form!
In frustration that a qualuty company can have such incompetent IT I managed to speak to a lady - who did sort the issue out but to be fair did not really ask the right questions to ascertain the problem was a card update required. I got here after a lot of ineffective contacts.
Lets hop if your vehicle is lost they are less incompetent.......

Awful service!! They charge money for the services they can't provide. Tracker stops working all the time, getting false movement messages. Last time the tracker worked was 2 weeks ago!! Customer service non existent at all. Would really like to see them being investigated for unfair business operations!

Their technician came to fix an issue with the tracking device and he screwed up by bike. I had to spend £400 to fix it. Stay away from this company at any cost!!

Great company! Have their motorbike alarm fitted and also the motorbike trackers and they're brilliant! Couldn't recommend enough.
