Very helpful customer service. When I submitted a technical query, I feel Simon went above and beyond to understand what I was trying to do, and explain how to make it happen. I don't agree with the old reviews about poor service or substandard products - mine works perfectly well, as designed, and I'm very pleased with the service I've received.

I purchased a Elite-4 receiver in March 2020 on the recommendation of my installer and had no problems until recently when the unit kept resetting.I contacted RF technical dept.and was informed that the unit had a 3 year warranty.I returned the unit for inspection and within a few days the problem was solved and is now working perfectly again.I would like to thank Edward and his team for sorting my issues and would highly recommend his company,both for their product range,but also their customer sevice approach.Very helpful.

Fantastic customer service!
I ordered some rf modules from one of their distributors and when they arrived they were not to the latest revision. RF solutions offered to update then free of charge even though I had not ordered the modules from them. I inadvertently underpaid the postage when I sent them off, so it actually cost them money to get the parcel delivered, but still no charge. Technical help readily available by phone or email. No need to look anywhere else for your rf needs!

For our installation of remote pump control over 800m these are great products at low price. Good service from Simon and the team when part of the system failed. Of course, better if nothing ever fails but if it does then good to have the support. Faster turnaround of replacement parts would be an improvement.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Took 6 weeks and several phone calls to achieve a refund, never again.

Great products and helpful staff. I had an issue with a stray voltage interfering with a mainslink pro I had recently installed. Simon from technical posted a capacitor out which swiftly arrived and solved the problem. He was kind enough to put a diagram in and a couple of spares should the situation ever occur again, all without charge ..
