We are stuck with an expensive brand new LG fridge freezer that we paid to be delivered and installed. Sadly LG’s delivery team decided to show up 3 hours late and then just dump it and drive off! Now we can’t get hold of LG and are stuck with a full show going bad and no idea when we will hear from LG! Awful service

Bought an LG resu chem 16kw battery costing £10,000 first one had a fault and after contacting LG to get a replacement the replacement still not delivered after 3 months of constant chasing. Customer support are completely clueless about this product and product support. Decided to purchase a second battery as we needed to finish the project. Second battery installed but still doesn’t work because LG customer services won’t resolve the problem this has been going on over a month.

1 star is too kind. Ordered a wide screen monitor using the on LG Online Shop, cancelled by LG on the day of delivery. No reason given. Asked for a refund over 3 weeks ago, still waiting. Just found out that the refund is being processed today, i now have to wait another 7-10 days. The whole experience is awful. The Online experience is broken. Such shame, as LG products are very good.

If I could give it no I would... DO NOT GET LG! I bought a TV costing £1998. Expensive I know, but it was for my first house so I wanted it now before I can't afford it. It came damaged. It took two months for them to collect it. I boufht it on the 29th August 2022 by the 6tg October they collected it and claimed it had been returned to them. Apprently it takes 14-21 days to refund products. I have rang every single day and which is now the 24th day is still not got it. On Thursday 28th October they confirmed I will have my money the following day I did not believe this and I was correct. They make a new excuse up every day. The people on the phone are useless, literally every single person but one was useless. The supervisor claims no one is above him in management and honestly I've had enough with this awful service. Got told countless times that I will get a call back still never received one or my money. Getting towards the third month now of waiting for my money back. LG might be a good TV. But to get one I'm not sure if its worth it.

Pc world should be the way and not go directly to the supplier. Very surprised they are still in business when it takes three weeks for someone to press a metaphorical button to release funds(there words not mine). Apprently do not have a phone to get in contact with different departments.

Wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering a £1,500 LG laptop that was dodgy for a while and then failed completely 2 weeks out of warranty. Not possible to even discuss this - "system says no" so I have to pay to repair something that was likely faulty from the outset. Never again!

I bought an LG ESS Home 10 battery storage system in November 2021 in order to be able to use my PV surplus during the day and at night. On paper, the LG system convinced me because it theoretically had good performance data. The system is advertised in the technical data sheet with 9.3KWh available capacity. This would be sufficient in my case. Unfortunately, the reality is different. Here the system has a proven maximum capacity of 6.5 KWh!! The solution proposed by LG was that I should pay €3100 and they would send me a working memory with 15KWh in exchange. I rejected this because a working 9.3KWh would be sufficient for me.
Since then there has been no response from LG, neither to mail nor to telephone and callback requests. Hence my urgent advice to all those who are thinking about an LG system,
Hands off, you will regret it very much, there are much better systems e.g. BYD.

Absolutely alwful post sales customer support provided by a combination of an overseas call centre and local service agent Pacifica. Don't buy from LG if you expect any kind of quality of service or customer care. Just dreadful.

Staff very polite-my tv was returned to them for the backing lights required replacement as the screen was grey. Easy right, no as on its return there was a block spot on the bottom corner which wasn’t there before. So back it went again - black spot fixed but there was stripes on the top right corner this time. Back it went again only to be returned with Wi-Fi not working within unit. Because this is a different fault (even though I was told it was working fine before it’s return) I’ve requested that someone comes to my home as I’m elderly (69) and having to get my niece to help with setting it back up. Apparently this option isn’t available!!!!! Very poor service indeed. I had to purchase a smart tv as I was going to be without mine, I purchased a Hisense which has been MARVELLOUS as I just plug it in and everything works (no having to worry about setting it all back up). Anyway I’ve requested a collection for repair. Fingers crossed. I’ll let you all know. Rant over
