Phoned up in the morning they called out, took my tv away and repaired it and deilvered it back all in the same day what service +++

3 stars because I'm not sure if I did right thing,, they were prompt in collecting tv, rang next day to say how much tv would be to repair,,, was cheaper to buy new one,, they offered to dispose of tv for me, which I agreed to yes very good service I think,,hmmmmmmm,,

Very good, very helpful and provided a very good quote on multiple supply & install of TV's.

Took my 55inch tv in on the 12th February because the picture had turned a blue/purple colour. Still had not heard anything by the 21st February so decided to call them. I was then told the tv needed a new screen/panel and this would cost £600. I only paid £300 for the tv new. So due to no contact in 9 days and £40 fee to look at the tv plus the price for a new screen I’m not too sure? Hence the 2stars.

From going into the shop on Burton Road and choosing a tv to next day delivery and full set up, an excellent service. They think of everything and carry out the whole process including taking away the old tv etc in such a friendly and professional way. What a shame that these kinds of businesses are few and far between because of the larger multi-nationals becoming the monopolies in this country. All things considered, we get better value for money from the smaller firms.

Collection and return only due to Covid but charging £20 +vat each way, absolutely disgusting to profit from lockdown. £50 for a total of 10 miles when I’m sure the rules would’ve allowed me to drop off and collect the TV. Also only one month guarantee on the work carried, won’t be using again!

Very knowledgeable, fixed my subwoofer with no issues! Very reasonably priced
