Really disappointing service. The people there are friendly and helpful, however the manager said that to replace my front screen on my Z Fold 3, I'd have to change both the inner and outer display because of a few slight scratches to the frame... couldn't imagine anything like that happening at an Apple store (and I'm a nearly life-long Android user)

The only staff that are actually empathetic and helpful seem to be the Manager and Rory. Both actually give you the time of day and listen to your needs and offer solutions. On the other hand when they are not in and I have come in to purchase anything from an adapter to flagship phones I'm met by uninterested staff who just want to go back to talking to eachother. Maybe it's because I'm known to come in and just buy what I need without thinking about it that I'm now just hurried along to the till and sent out without so much as a thank you. I brought my father along and bought an s22 ultra for him and he was seemingly dismissed when asking questions about why it may or not be the correct phone for him and was just told to go to amazon to get any and all accessories he needed, when we left without a receiving a thank you or second glance the assistant immediately turned and continued his conversation with his colleague from earlier.

It's not the end of the world but it does make it seem like noone is out to help you.
I would suggest that going in you try and find Rory or the Manager, they'll be staff actually smiling and being interested in their customers.

Took phone in to have screen fixed. Told to come back 1 hour later to book appointment. Replaced my screen same day! Great service...

Went in to buy some ear buds, the guy serving me was very helpful and engaging. I also got a good deal with money off which was a pleasant surprise.

Some staff clueless about some aspects of spec on some of the products being sold.
Found online staff far more helpful in managing my specific phone problems.

Incredibly unhelpful. Went in with two faulty devices, and they couldn't have been more disinterested if they tried. Always been loyal to Samsung...that will now not be the case.

I was looking to upgrade on my existing phone. The person that went through options with me was very knowledgeable without being pushy for a sale. I did not buy on the day but will be back to make a purchase soon.
