With this pandemic situation unfortunately the shop was close and we couldn’t go in but Mr Kam was an amazing help, we first was about to by the LG tv but with his advice we change our mind and we opt for Samsung tv tu7100 55” 2020 version. We buy the tv on Monday around one by phone and Mr Kam said will be on the next day delivery and this was true👏
On Tuesday morning delivery guy Arrive and he was very nice as well even Ofer to help us to Bring the tv inside
The tv is great, we love the style grey metallic of the frame and the colours of the images are amazing. The sound is so cool like the same like the one in the cinema.

We are really happy with our LG speaker at a fraction of the normal retail price.

Super quick delivery would definately use again.

Tricky pricing with discounts. Worst commerce experience in years!

Today I saw a product on the RGB Direct website with an advertised additional promotional discount; the product was in stock so I Called to buy over the phone.

The first colleague I spoke to saw the promotion whist I was on the call with me then hung up on me mid call to investigate with the web team. We team immediately removed the promotion within seconds. I called back and spoke to another CS agent who confirmed the price was an error and that IT removed it and “that these things happen” and they would not honour the advertised price or promotion (even though I screenshot it and emailed it to them, which the confirmed)

Called the Woodford store and spoke to a challenging member of staff that basically wasn’t helpful nor took my complaint seriously, just iterating that the set is already cheap.

My complaint is that ethically as a business you shouldn’t behave the way you did with me. Seeing an internal promotion “error”, removing it mid call, hanging up on me then saying sorry it is what it is. At minimum I should have been apologised to and price offered, then error fixed for other customers. RGB has behaved unethically and tricky with their offers and against adverting standards for consumers. My advice to potential customers, prices may be lower but sales and aftercare questionable. I think I’ve had a lucky escape

1 star is too good for them I would rate them minus 10. Do not purchase from this company they lack integrity and do not care about customer service. They have lost a customer for life. Better off going to John Lewis. A real let down to the high street.

I purchased a TV for delivery. The driver cancelled the delivery twice while I was at home without bothering to turn up. I no longer want it because of their poor service and they refuse to refund me until they receive the TV which was never delivered to me. Outrageous why should I have to wait for a refund for a product I’ve never received.

None of their systems allow any feedback from the customer they don’t answer phones and you can’t reply to their emails.

Purchased TV from RGB Direct. They are not answering the phone now. Sent back as arrived with smashed screen. They won't reply to any emails. They've taken my money and no news on refund. Disgusting service level. Give me my money back. Initiated contact with credit card company to dispute the payment now as the TV was collected over a week ago and they will not reply and totally unprofessional or very very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs ordering online, especially a big TV that might get bashed around in transit

I've bought from RGB for over 20 years and was so sad to have had the customer experience service this time. Very happy with the price and buying advice but the attitude and aftersales especially from one of the woodford branch members was terrible. I'm a professional and haven't been spoken to like that before by any sales representative, let alone when buying a 1k TV. When I called in to make a complaint that my delivery had been bumped by a day I was given attitude from the very beginning- "its not my problem, your problem now, you ring up the delivery company panther, I'm fed up customers calling in about it." He didn't even give a chance for me to finish the conversation and put the phone down. I think this branch need some serious customer training, and the individual needs to stop being so arrogant. Never the less, I shall never buy from RGB ever again. The discourtesy and rudeness is not worth £100 discount.

Amazing service. TV delivered in under 48 hours. When the TV arrived the screen was damaged, I spoke with customer services and had a new replacement within an hour of the call. Best customer service I have experienced. Will be using RGB for electrical appliances in the future.

Amazing service. Rang them to check the price and availability. Aasim gave me a great discount and assured me the next day delivery. As he promised got the TV LG OLED77C16LA delivered just now. So pleased with Aasim's professionalism and RGB Direct's quality service. He made my day. Would definitely recommend.
