We have tried 3 times to pay for this laptop and each time it just comes back saying cancelled!!! This is crazy! My daughter starts uni on Monday and she has no laptop!!! My bank says it's not my card and now we tried to pay with my others daughters card and it was cancelled again!!! We try phone and no one answers! AND the money has come off the account!!!

Only down by one star because it took a long time for anyone to come and ask if we needed help. Plenty of staff on duty or so it appeared.
When we were helped advice was good and able to check product details on line easily.

Passed my two smart watches for repair under care services. After two weeks I went in to the shop ask whats happening and why its taking so long. Both guys who's works on repair&service desk lied to me that watches been written off and it will take couple days to send me a vouchers. Unfortunately nothing happened so I went to the shop again and again and again, all what I heard was excuses. Finaly after 4 weeks I rang currys customer service, and they told me that watches been written off just now, after 4 weeks. So for 4 weeks two lazy guys keep bulsh.t me. And guess what, I still don't have a my vouchers. Avoid this shop as people on there have no clue

Terrible store with minimal stock. Staff are rude and disinterested, especially Tommy, who seems to think he knows everything, but didn't know basic information about android phones. Overall not a good experience with rude, immature staff and no stock really brings this store down. Get better staff who know what customer service is.

lovely experience buying a pair of sony in-ear headphones for work. I was served by the helpful and personable Alan, who advised me on my selection. He also informed me of their amazingly cheap and valuable warranty scheme offered on this headphones. Thank you Alan!

Electronics and allied sales store. Click and collect and customers can pay and pick items. Good parking space. Display varieties of household stuff. A neat environment

Good car park with easy level store access. Disabled parking and lcustomer loading bays right by the entrance. Big spacious store with most products on display. Helpful staff.

Good customer service from a older gentleman. knew is stuff and service with a smile.
I wouldn't hesitate for him to serve me and my son again.
the younger generation need to fellow is example.
