What a waste of service. Was there to purchase a MacBook and it took more than 1.5 hr even after finishing everything online. And when I went to to collect it as they promised they were like the product is here but the thing is we can’t find it🤨
What an irresponsible team working under a roof!

Had problems with their price match promise; the item was £30 cheaper from a store selling directly to the public. The store also sold on eBay and this was the excuse Currys made not to price match. I pointed out that the price match promise poster displayed in the store had no terms or conditions on it and therefore they should price match from any source, even eBay. They then referred to terms and conditions regarding price matching; I again referred them to the price match promise displayed in the store. They were determined not to price match.

Also, I had a credit note that their system did not recognise as being valid. I had to pay the full amount by card, go back a couple of days later and get them to cancel the transaction, then complete the transaction again using the now validated credit note. What an unenjoyable overall experience!

Usually great store, last visit customer services was not up to standard, I'm afraid to say. Don't know if they were just very busy with the time of year. But the attitude was to shug their shoulders.... What can I do attitude.

Ended up going to middle brook store, where the service was excellent.

The Black Friday special, A Asus laptop was a bargain price but on informing one the staff that I'd take one, he went off to check "if in stock". He came back a few minutes later saying they were out of this particular model.
I noticed other customers interested in the same laptop and of course, the assistant went off to check "if it's in stock".
It seemed to me that if you were disappointed with the unavailability of the laptop, customers would probably spend more.

Big showroom with lots of stock. Great prices on their TV's. Bit slack with security, I accidentally set off an alarm and nobody seemed to care. Was going on for quite a while.

This store sold my parents a HP deskjet 2721e all in one printer this week to find out they were miss sold the warranty by 7 months with a promise of 12 months so they returned the printer for an identical printer to then find out they still did not receive full warranty, this time only had 9 months and because of this, HP will not allow them to have the offered trial period of 6 months free ink because the T&C's state it must have 12 month warranty. After endless online messaging with the team, after several days and now losing the 7 day period in which to register it, I think this is dreadful. The staff were extremely unhelpful and now have another printer they do not want as they were miss sold the printer and the benefits with the sale. I recommend you buy from another supplier!

Great location and set up, nice having everything under one roof. Unfortunately we couldn't find what we were looking for. Not Curry's fault, just me being indecisive

We went to the Deepdale store today to buy a washing machine and a laptop. The young lady that looked after us, Chaima, was attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and charming. We would recommend searching her out if you visit Currys. This employee is to be commended and is an asset to your company.
