Worse purchase experience.
I ordered a smartphone cover on May 3rd. I am waiting for more then 3 months now. The item did not arrive yet.
I opened few tickets. they promised to give a solution after July 4th if the product will not arrive (which is also quite a long time...). Nothing happened and they did not contact me.
I asked to cancel the purchase and receive my money back. These requests were all ignored.
Scam? maybe.
I see others with the same situation...

Their system does not work and they lie and cheat to survive. It is very sad because they used to be a good business and i made many happy purchases in the past years. This year i feel i am dealing with a different company. I lost time and money. Do not be tempted by their products they take your money and send you nothing.

It is few weeks I trying to change my not working window cleaning robot or get it fixed . All my complains ignored . Very bad customer care service on gear best . Life chat is only for pre sales problems . As soon as you pay the money nobody care about you . At the end I paid around 180 euros for robot + delivery + tax and it is not working . If I knew that gearbest provide such a terrible service I would buy only on ebay as usually .

I ordered an item from them but there was a delivery issues and the item was sent back. Of course I paid in advance... After 2 months of waiting them to figure out the situation they said they can only partially compansate me with 2/3of the purchase as they have to deduct the delivery cost... After 1 month of letters going back and forth, after 2 months of waiting, I did not get the item but payed like 6 USD for them not being able to control their delivery process... Not counting the significant amount of time I spent checking the tracking, writing them emails and so on... I DO NOT recomment to make business with this "company".

Ordered a smartphone that never got delivered. Took me 3 months to get a partial refund and when I asked to contact the shipping company so they could find out where the package was, they just ignored me. I would recommend anyone to buy with another simular webstore that has better service.

You are extremely disorganized even, in addition to not delivering my order you do not make the refund within the correct period. The problem there is widespread. It's been more than 14 business days and no money on my account.

Where's my money?

Ordered two lp gas detectors, paid over $100.00 with PayPal. They tell me they have been shipped for over a month. I made a mistake not checking out this company. Stay away from this company they are crooks.

What a nightmare.
Taking the money instantly when ordering but not delivering the goods since month. The displayed delivery times was several days. Very uncommon behaviour. We are very disappointed.
