Proper hidden Gem. Collected my LG TV this afternoon. Superb friendly service from Steve. There's nothing pushy like you get from the big chains, (eg extended warranty, peripherals and the like). Like the fact that the TV was checked before I took it.

Well after speaking to the team on different issues and problems that arose I'd give Reliant a 5 stars for customer service partially thanks to John and 5 stars for an incredible product. I feel like I'll be back. Thanks team for getting the TV here on time, cracking QLED picture and and an easy stand to set it upon.

Got a 50 inch Samsung 2021 QLED to replace my 9 year old tv. So impressed with the product but what made it better was that the product was £80 cheaper than Currys DISPLAY model!!!

Delivery was less than 48 hours from placing the order and free. The courier id never heard of but they got the product to me fast and in good condition.

Would happily recommend rather than being ripped off elsewhere!!

Bought a lg 65” tv. Was debating weather to upgrade my 55” Sony Bravia hd tv. Was Dubois at first of a unknown (to me) company. Looked at reviews and lots of positives. Asked some questions on the online chat and was helpful. Rang and dealt with John who was helpful and informative. Really impressed with tv so far. I have a question. The tv has 5 yr guarantee, I was told to register tv for the 1 year and reliant direct sort out the other 4 years? Thanks, really recommend, good service (John) and value for money.

I currently feel like i'm being SCAMMED as I bought a TV (65" Samsung OLED) from them on black Friday. They cancelled my order a week after it was meant to arrive and said they don't have the stock.
Will update if issue gets fixed,

Update-asked if I could get the same deal on the smaller 55" that they still have in stock but could only offer me less than 8%

Black Friday deal was not a deal they lied about the deal we brought a TV £415 they said it was over 700 but we brought the TV before black Friday so how can I believe them I was looking at a fridge for over 600 pound guess I will look elsewhere now

Went for a job interview warehouse/driver the other week. They were very nice people there, unfortunately I didn't pass the interview stage for my own personal requirements. Shame I was looking forward to get back on the open road. But Richard was very understanding.

We bought a Liebherr freezer. Totally happy with it. And the service we received from Reliant was brilliant. A small issue popped up with delivery date....I called them and within 2mins it was resolved. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend this company
