My wife brought a TV that was ex display, she was happy with her customer experience and the staff was helpful. However, when she returned home with the TV discovered that they did not include a power lead or the correct controller, not a big deal mistakes happen, so I returned to the store to collect the missing items. I explained what happend to which I was told everything was included and if I wanted to return the TV they would issue a refund. I was confused as to why they couldn't just give me the power lead and correct controller, I understand the sold as seen policy but when my wife brought the TV it was turned on and had the controller, it's no longer sold as seen if you fail to give all parts of the TV. I requested the salesperson and the manager to speak to me and resolve but they refused to even engage in conversation, instead choosing to hide behind the sales desk hoping I would leave. This whole experience ruined what could have been a great customer experience with a minor issue that could have been rectified in minutes. As a manager of a store you should be an ambassador for the brand and stand by their morals, on this occasion you failed, offering to refund the TV and cost your business revenue for an issue that could have been rectified in minutes for no cost. I feel experiences like this make me question why bother supporting my local store when I could choose to purchase online from various other retailers like Amazon and AO and have a great customer experience.

Well I left the shop a bit deflated to be honest. Perhaps I am expecting too much. Manager had to extract an assistant from a gaggle having a good chin wag. Assistant was not rude but wasn't exactly falling over herself. I don't expect to be treated like royalty but it fell a bit short of being treated like a valued customer. A perfunctory performance shall we say? Perfectly happy with purchase.

I would like to compliment Curry's on the member of staff who served me today, the young men name is Ivan. I ask for his help and he was very polite and got the items I wanted, he even checked stock that was not out and went to get a hover and toaster it for me. I also brought a kettle. He also placed the three items in car boot. He made the whole shopping experience easy and a pleasure. Would highly recommend Curry's 10 out of 10. Regards Isabella Baars.

Oh dear will it last no real experience on the shop floor anymore shame as there's no other big retailer to visit and everything is usually out of stock or you can order it in ....not good if 1 your buying on impulse or 2 you need it ASAP unfortunately the business model I feel is lacking here with the likes of amazon. I hope I'm wrong but I can see a scale back in stores very likely

Disgraceful. Ordered item on Friday for £1500 told get it to branch for collection be quicker. Get email today saying it’s delayed we will call you. No call and then get an email couple hours later saying we cancelled it. I go on chat to complain as no call nothing and get told sorry come back later to make a complaint. I said that’s not good enough they agreed I asked speak to a manager and get told email this generic email so I do and straight away get this email box is no longer in use please contact agent on our live chat. Go back on the chat fuming and get told it’s only 3-5 days to wait for a refund. DISGUSTING SERVICE. Avoid and do no use. Ordered same item through John Lewis on 21st December and had arrived today. Proof that Curry’s are a shocking company and just don’t care about there customers.

Awful store was told the item was not in stock to take home straight away so ordered it online. Got home from the store which is 10minutes away.Then received an email saying the item was ready to collect. Hate using this store but not many others about anymore.

Had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to offer help. Young lad who did come though was very good
