Even though the initial cost is expensive, I believe that you get what you pay for. Dyson Supersonic hair dryer my seam small, but my does it pack a punch by delivering the air at over 100mph at max setting. My daughter's and wife say this the best hairdryer that they have used and packs away neatly in it's case a recommend buy.

Yeah, it's a Dyson shop..looking at vacuum cleaners,etc..it's ok, good for accessories, spare parts..

Dyson, when will you announce No more Dyson products sales to Russia ?

Very poor customer service at Bluewater no acknowledgement to customers that testing the products? I even walked away with a vacuum in my hand and place it behind the main until?
unbelievable no one had cases me?

Stood above and watched for ages the amount of demos on people's hair using brushes and various curling products etc and not one cleaning cycle was performed on any item. Eventually went down to have a look at the items to see stray hairs and random flakes of skin etc. Staff payed no attention to our presence or offered one bit of help. They were quite happily chatting between themselves completely oblivious to us even being there.

Nice little Dyson stall. Plenty of products on display for you to look at and try out.

Staff were nice. Professional and not pushy for sales.

The worst customer service experience in my life! Been a loyal customer for many years and bought nearly every product they've brought to market but will seriously reconsider ever buying from them again. Return of goods has turned into a complete farce with a lot of wasted time and minimal communication. Embarrassingly poor show Dyson

Absolute awful customer service. Don't waste your time cause you're better off going to Dyson's main website to order your product.
