We purchased a gaming console from Sam at a Comicon event in Bristol on the 30th March, we were advised we would have the item within a few days, we have had to chase numerous times for tracking information. We finally got the tracking information 3 weeks later and the item was received today. The product seems very good and we are looking forward to using it. Sam comes across as a nice genuine guy but on this occasion his communication has let him down.

Picked up my table top arcade and its amazing! Its looks awesome with the custom artwork and has every game I ever played when I was younger! All really friendly and helpful - excellent service!

These people are compulsive liars
They took my money. I built my kids hopes up for a computer to be dripped fed lies by these people to the point where I didn’t receive my computer. My children are now very upset.
Cyberjam play the victims obviously very spoilt whilst being brought up in life.
I’m very angry 😡 I had to chase my money back
I’ll give them one credit they paid it back

These people are crocks never ever consider buying anything from them. They refuse to communicate with you after taking your money. 10 months waiting only for them to say to claim refund through your bank. Never ever consider using them.

Company never answer email.. took 590 pound .. didn't receive anything after 16 weeks ... Crook .. do not use these . I'm taking them to court

**Warning** Do not buy from cyberjam! Ordered the machine over 6 months ago. In a nut shell they took £850 and did a runner, took down the website and canceled the phone no. They kept me on the hook with a some emails. It is a shame as I was very impressed when I placed the initial order with Samuel Clark the owner of Cyberjam. Unfortunately he turned out to be a crook. I hope this helps with anyone thinking of dealing with this company.

The cabinet looks nice and seems to be well made with a large choice of games.

However communication and after sales support is pretty poor. My cabinet has bits inside the screen which they advise will fall down, yet they haven’t. The volume levels are all over the place and they don’t build a volume switch in 🤷‍♂️ and the buttons are configured wrong 🕹. I was hoping for a plug and play and have had to spend a lot of time messing around with it.

I’ve contacted CyberJam and they aren’t particularly helpful and are more interested in excuses rather than solutions. Also had lots of delays getting the bartop and again communication was poor.

Appreciate I had to order online and maybe these issues could have been addressed or fixed if I’d brought at an event or in a shop. However I can’t help feeling disappointed and have gone back to my RG351 as it easier to use, configured correctly and allows you to change the volume!

Edited based on the response:- these guys also said I could open the device to clean the fluff but it would invalidate my warranty 🤷‍♂️ They also said I could send it back to be fixed, so £150 to ship it even though it was their screw up 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ And the RG351 plays more systems, does it better and as Cyberjam says is loads cheaper 😉

Very happy with my cabinet, they clearly love what they do and are very passionate about making a product the customer will love. Highly recommended!!
