Apple Watford

The store has done a brilliant job with the current COVID situation but I honestly would not line up in the queue. So many people were waiting to enter the store which is understandable- Christmas season.

You be be sure that the staff members here will look after you really well. Extremely helpful staff and they were able to guide me so quickly.

Extremely rude staff full of kids who just want to look cool in an Apple store. They don't have the desire or mental capacity to talk to customers because their world only exists on a phone screen. Very easily offended if you ask them any question about Apple products.

I would avoid this store and go the ones in Central London who have professional staff.

I wish I could give it 0 star rating.

Had to wait a while for staff to come over an help us.
Went to buy a new iPhone. Was a smooth transaction. Saw 3 different staff. One who sold us the phone. One who helped us wipe the old phone and start the transfer and another that helped us insurance and saw that everything was ok before we left.

Staff were all friendly and happy to help even though they were busy. One staff were handling multiple customers at a time.

There are stools to sit on as you can be waiting a while. No very comfortable to sit on but it’s better than standing for ages.

Was told the new phone could use the old charger and I didn’t double check either. You can’t. You need a usb-c charger.

Had to go in the next day and buy the adaptor.

Large store and usually always busy with browsers and customers. Parking available in numerous car parks around the shopping centre.

The phone covers are really expensive here and I didn’t bother to get one. For the price of one from there I could have bought 4 off Amazon.

It's really nice experience in apple Store, one day I went in the store in Watford, and there was a guy I forgot his name is was so helpful to my apple series 7 watch. I really love it. Thanks apple Watford foe helping me to purchase the best thing from your store.

They were 20 minutes late to see me at the Genius Bar. She was no genius. Rude, aggressive and ultimately confrontational. When I pointed out that I was the customer she got personal. I asked to speak to her line manager and she claimed victim status. Utterly shocking, the national staff shortage is really starting to bite I guess. Never again.

Ok I don't like apple but that does not mean I should give it a star rating. I need to based on how the store looks and how functionally it works.
It work well but can be busy. Great to look around but it can take a long time to wait to get your phone repaired or looked at 1H+

Visited Apple Store in Intu Watford for help with my i phone 12/10/22. Alfie was brilliant explaining what I needed to do. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful and patient - excellent customer service.

Outstanding service from the super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable Alex Ferrera . I went in there with a headache born of confusion and frustration with the setting up and transfer processes between two phones. I left super grateful , happy and stress free. He was extremely helpful and I would recommend his skills and top notch service to anyone. Give the guy a salary raise!!! You have a star there Apple.
