Can’t thank Joe, Jeremy and Tim enough for helping resolve an on-going issue I had with the purchase of a faulty phone
back in April. They were very good at their individual roles within the branch and should be rewarded for their hard work as they are a credit to Currys. I’ve worked in recruitment within a corporate company for years and believe me when I say, hard workers like these guys are hard to come by so appreciate them before another company does.

Place was not crowed went to look at vacuum cleaners. Unlike most other shops you go in no sales assistant came over to help with our search of the right product so out came the phone and Google was brilliant at helping to decide what was right for our usage. Maybe they should have something in the shop bit like Google to help with enquiries on all the items for sale.

Very popular place to visit, very busy.
Lots of very knowledgeable staff to help and help they do! I came away with a 65"TV and a sound bar. (Actually the TV is on order.) If you are in the market for a new telly and want a good price with free advice, this should be your first stop. Very pleased indeed. Thanks guys and girls.

Worst customer service ever. A guy just standing there at the door literally playing on his phone and not a Cara in the world that there was a queue at the tills. When someone asked him for help he just turned around and said "oh I can't move from the door I have to greet people" dude! You were just on your phone. Like 5 people walked I. And out the shop and you didn't even notice. Shocking customer service

Excellent range of electronic goods. Even if they don't have what you want in stock, then it will be delivered in a few days. Prices are competitive with similar providers, but here you get the look and feel, plus expert advice is available.

Awful service. I went to buy an American fridge freezer, choose the one I wanted and was going to pay outright , no instalments, I could not get a member of staff to serve me. At 1 point I was told by a member of staff " sorry love I'm finishing now" I asked if he could point me in the direction of someone who could help me and he said "no" I left immediately and went home and bought the exact same fridge with ao with no problem and lots of help offered.

Always had a positive experience when visiting this store. Staff go out of their way if possible to help find the product you’re after or help locate it at another store if needed.
10/10 for customer service. Won’t hesitate to return when needed. Decent size store and typically good availability.

We went to buy a new laptop and were assisted by a lovely lady called Sugathini. She was so helpful as technology is still a bit of a dark art to us. A potentially stressful purchase became very easy. The tech guys did all the clever stuff and we are now the proud owners of a brand new lap top. Thank you Sugathini and all the tech boys.
