Currys

Plenty of free parking spaces in front of Currys. It is a massive shop with different electronic products to choose from. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were looking for as he was able to answer our product queries.

Took an item back to be repaired. Went in today because I'd not heard anything for a while only to find a new item had been sat there for over a week but no one bothered to phone, message or email me to let me know! How much longer would it have sat there before they realised. Need to change their procedures.

It’s really sad when you walk in a store and they have clearly employed people that don’t really want a job there. I’ve spent the last month hunting for a new sofa and staff in those places don’t leave you alone, here it’s like a load of late teens early 20s hanging out in a bar! What work? Sell you something? I’ll buy direct from apple. I won’t be part of paying your wages if that’s the attitude lovely. As for staff using patronising references to customers? What is the world coming to? Curry’s train your staff to love their job or employ better people.

I was standing at the collection point in store being totally ignored by a young girl who was doing nothing! She wouldn't even make eye contact! After 10 minutes I was finally served by a nice pleasant guy. I can't say the service was great but it was easy to order online and collect.
Parking was also easy.

The store itself is light clean and what looks like well stocked. However I specifically checked that they had stocks of the item I wanted to purchase before making the journey there only to find that the item could not be located, even the salesperson checked their website and it still showed the stock as available. I went home disappointed and will look for the item elsewhere so be warned it will only get worse in the lead up to Christmas.

Maybe it's just me but if I ever decide to buy anything here it's not in stock. Sometimes it's hard to get somebody to help you. The "extra mile" staff are hard to find but I was lucky on my last trip, the guy I dealt with was fantastic. That was after 20 minutes of wandering around though. It seems that these sorts of retail centres are good shop windows only these days. Go, have a look, see what you want, go home, compare online, buy online.

Went yesterday to purchase a TV. Sam was very very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to know about what ever I asked him but he fell at last hurdle is tv in stock. When he came back it was sorry come back in couple of weeks out of stock and to his credit he didn't try to push us into buying something else we didn't want

Good range of stock for what I was after (a work laptop). Clear and informative displays including specs, etc. around the shop floor. The sales assistant who helped me was very pleasant, knowledgeable, honest and good at explaining the technical particulars. All in all a very smooth and efficient retail experience.
