I took my mobile in for repair - it needed to be sent to the repair centre (I was told that the repair would take 2 weeks or so but this was incorrect - I should have been advised a period of 2 to 4 weeks).
My phone sat in the Curry's store for 8 days before it was sent off.
The repair centre expedited the fix and dispatched it back to the store the same day - I was told the store would notify me once it arrived there. I waited 4 days but I did not receive any text or email from the store so I went back to the repair centre and they tracked it and confirmed that it had been signed-for in store that morning.
I went to the store to get the phone back - it took almost 10 minutes for the staff to find the phone - when it was returned to me it wasn't boxed and appears to have been sent in a zipped pencil case type pouch. The phone was covered in greasy finger prints.
I received no apology for the poor service and mistakes.
I did not receive the call from the manager I was promised.
I did not receive the follow up call from the "customer service" staff I spoke to.
I would leave zero stars if I could - truly awful service at every turn.

I needed charger bits for use with a toothbrush, mobile and fitbit- type watch. The manager was adept at ensuring customers weren't kept waiting including me. In fact he helped me. Alas when I got home the purchases weren't compatible with 2 of the 3 gadgets. Again the manager worked swiftly to help customers and he helped me find what I needed. Thus I returned ' a happy bunny'.

Well, staff seemed disinterested and any information had to be looked up, very little product knowledge when I asked about the 5 different Vax cordless vacuums, I ended up googling it myself to find what the difference was, when I decided to buy (I wanted to purchase 2 cordless vacuums), none were in stock but I could purchase online. Not that satisfactory this time for me, and waste of time going to the store for me.

Ordered a xbox one series s on click and collect after it stated that it was in stock for same day collection then whent to the store 2 hrs later to be informed that they sold the last one 5 minutes earlier

First time I came away from this shop happy with the level of customer service I received. Usually I come away so frustrated by the staff in this shop. However we were served by a young lad named Henry and he was happy to help us and discuss TV s with us. Lovely lad showing the rest of them how it should be done! Many Thanks Henry.

Click and collect order cancelled an hour after ordering with no email or call to explain why. Went to store next day and they confirmed items are in stock but was probably cancelled as it wouldn't have been available in the strict deadline they're set. I'm now in a battle with customer services to get a refund as it was paid on a gift card and have been told different things by three different people. One said a gift card for the value has been processed and available in store, which the store confirmed was a lie. I didn't even want it refunded, I wanted the items, but I can't get them until the refund is processed which could be whenever they feel like it, it seems.
My advice, if you must use this shop don't use click and collect if using a gift voucher. Alternatively, go somewhere who actually values their customers like I did afterwards.

Staff were helpful when we knew what we wanted but just needed to clarify whether info could be transferred from old laptop to new.
Happy days, can be all done in-store at a charge 👍

Poor and disappointing experience. Intended to purchase a replacement microwave there and then, supporting our local store, a definite sale. My wife and I wanted to see it in the 'flesh' first. We asked if a sales person could come up to finalize the sale. Waited 10 to 15 mins and no one came up. Walked out the store and purchased online from AO instead, same price as Currys.
