Poor customer service when handling a refund for a returned item. I telephoned as requested by their team via eBay, they asked for my personal card details, over and above what was required for a refund, advised by bank not to disclose this info. When I questioned this, they hung up on me, phoned me back, then hung up on me again. An absolute disgrace, however reason to believe it's a scam. They have been reported to PayPal and eBay. DONT BUY ANYTHING From THEM OR GIVE THEM Your Details

Friendly staff, brought over exact model wanted from their store so we could physically inspect aspects of the new design before placing order. The competition only had "about to be redundant" models.
Fitted new unit and took old one away without hassle.
Staff were informed about workings of this particular model.
Only improvement might be shortening retrieving and fitting lead times (or having all stocked models in Lboro store)
