Excellent service received from 77 Rupel, I walked in and had a look around for the TV I was looking for, I was passed by a few unhelpful staff... After walking around for 20 minutes and not getting any interaction from any of the TV staff, I made my way for the door to leave. Just before leaving, I saw a customer service lady at the desk, she asked if there was any help I needed, she presented herself to me with a smile. I explained what I needed and gave her a product code, she immediately knew what I was looking for, she got her tablet out to show me a better model that was the latest version upgrading what I initially told her I wanted, she then also stated there was a £100 discount. She checked avalibilty immediately and told me it could be delivered next day. She talked me through the features this TV had and checked it met all the requirements I needed, which it did and it exceeded them. The TV was of better quality and newer, it was also cheaper with the discount. Even free delivery. Rupel ID 77, should be there to show the rest of the colleagues some customer service skills. What we received was above and beyond any customer service I would have expected. The TV is excellent, all 75" of it, crystal clear full 4K picture with the 2 x 2.1 Hdmi inputs I required. Thankyou.

Good range of electronics and appliances with a phone shop inside too. Store felt inviting and unloved, dirty windows and entrance, staff diddnt seem to interested in customers as they stood chatting at tills. Then again it's just an electrical showroom hardly a shopping experience anyway.

Been here several times the past month and the staff are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and always take the time to go through options and explain everything in detail! The store layout is spacious, near and well presented.

Ordered a present via click and collect. Followed the instructions only to be told the "queuing system doors not actually work. Ended up standing around until a switched on member of staff asked if they could help. They explained the malfunction in the system and sorted out my collection. I have always found Currys to be decent value on a lot of electrical goods. They do not get 5 stars because yet again a company is using IT that doesn't work as advertised to replace good old fashioned service.

Went to buy a mobile phone. I waited 20 mins on a person as no advisor was available. When the woman finally arrived she wasn't helpful at all, she didn't offer me anything nor help me comapre 2 phones, wasn't informed about any deals either. I felt like I was being brushed off. Went ready to buy a phone but left with nothing although i understood the phone might have need to be ordered for me which I was ok with to wait for it to be delivered. Waste of my time and travel to store.

Organised a click and collect Christmas present and to be honest I was amazed at how efficient the service was and capped off with really good customer service in store for collection. Full marks
