Pee Jay Electrical

Went to pee jays 4 years ago and bought a free standing Zanussi cooker which they delivered the same day for us after our existing one broke down and other large chain stores said it was two week wait. This cooker was off excellent quality. Due to this top service I went back there in May 17 for further appliances including an American Fridge Freezer which they took the doors off and re-hung so we could get it through the doors, at no extra cost, which other companies charge for.

It is the first time I have visited Pee Jay shop for a few years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming offering friendly advice and information on various domestic appliances.
One aspect of the service I like from them is having no inclination to bluff me about the products. Washing machines and tumble dryers ranges are very impressive. As the landlord for more than 10 properties for more than 20 years buying laundry equipment, the prices are lower and specifications higher than in the past.
With the nearest domestic appliances at Leyton and Tottenham Hale, the local customers from Walthamstow will be well served by the experienced and knowledgeable staff of Pee Jay Electrical.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!
They supplied and fitted an integrated washer dryer to one of my rental properties. All done with no hassle. They removed old machine and tidied up 100% before leaving site.
Tenant was delighted.
Also fitted a large flatscreen TV to another property. Mounted perfectly to a solid brick wall with no issues.
As a long suffering customer of Currys and their hapless ‘Knowhow’ installers, I am delighted to finally discover a company like Pee Jay Electrical that really delivers quality.

We received excellent customer service yesterday, our washing machine drum bearings went for the second time and was too noisy and our freezer was giving up in the heat Manager and delivery staff were very helpful and same day delivery. Not many freezers about because of store.closures and corna lockdown. Thank you so much.

Have used PJs to purchase 5 white goods so far and I'd say their service far exceeds John Lewis. Our fridge freezer broke down and we couldn't get the replacement due to lockdown restrictions but PJ loaned us a replacement. I'm eternally grateful for this simple gesture but as a consequence I no longer purchase electrical items from John Lewis and am a firm PJ customer.

Friendly, reasonably priced and so helpful. For let down by a massive company who were meant to deliver yesterday. Came to Pee Jay's and he sorted delivery immediately for me and removal of old appliance. Will be coming back here for my electricals
