The most under-rated Electronics shop in the whole area, including Colchester and Ipswich.
If you need a part, no matter how obscure, if they haven't got it, then they will either make it up or order it.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. They all know what they are talking about and are often able to help you even if you are stuck with something.
Even if you don't know what the part is called, or you haven't got one to show them, explain as best you can, or draw a picture or something and I bet they will know what you are on about!
This shop is just brilliant!

Really helpful staff. The shop's keeper didn't have the lead that I was looking for in the length & colour that I required, nevertheless she suggested where I might acquire it & assisted me by telling me to photo the size details on the pack so that I knew what to order. I am very grateful for her help, when she didn't even get a sale out of it. It is a very good shop & I hope it remains open for a long time to come.

Sometimes it's easy to forget the smaller shops and grab bits from the bigger companies, but if it's a personal service you want then go to the shops like this one. There is so much here you are bound to find what you need. I did, and the exact length of cable I needed was measured out, and the connectors fitted for me while I waited. Great shop and great service.
