Bought my TV from John Lewis and experienced multiple issues only after 6 weeks. Really pleased with the excellent customer service Les Preston have offered. They kept me up to data throughout the process and the turn around was extremely quick. Oh yes and my tv has been fixed!! Thank you!

3 months after I purchased my TV there was a fault with the panel and Les Preston provided an excellent service and picked up the tv, repaired it and returned it to me under warranty. 3 years down the line and the new panel developed a fault that was linked to a faulty batch of LG panels and again Les Preston provided an excellent service and kept me up to date throughout. We often take time to leave negative reviews but forget to take the time to leave positive reviews.

TV purchased at richer sounds. An engineer from Les Preston sent by them after a reported fault. Full professionalism immediately noticed a defect that the engineers and customer service at richer sound could not. Very good communication at every stage of the repair, right up to the reception. A job well done, real professionals.

Simple and effective! They collected my TV and soundbar from Poole, repaired and returned efficiently. Everything working perfectly and communication was easy. Their driver was great as he waited for me for over half an hour when I was out without the slightest complaint. Highly recommend all round.

I had my teenagers TV repaired on our insurance, as it stopped working. The company rang up and booked a pick up, picked up on time and three days later a phone call finished, and the teenager has his TV back. Great work. Thank you
