Experienced 2 terrible visits to Currys in one week.

First time was given incorrect EU/UK plug adaptor. Staff don't know their products. Had to go back for a replacement. The fuse in the plug we returned had mostly likely blown said the staff member but he simply placed back it on the rack. For the next customer. Maybe they want return customers but this is not the way to achieve it.

Second time was completely ignored by staff although it was quite obvious we needed help as my son and I had been searching the shelves for half an hour. Guess the conversation they were having was more important. Found what we needed at Asda for half the price.

Will never go back. Absolutely useless place.

Excellent services and highly recommend! Friendly staff especially Teo who was very helpful and efficient! I had to buy an oven,fridge freezer,washing machine,microwave and an hoover last week for my new apartment and also I bought the Tv and an laptop last year.Definitely come back as the service is brilliant!

Usual experience, no staff or at least no one interested in helping. Usual group gatherings. Wanted to avoid Amazon but such is the world now. Next day delivery, same ish price. A shame. They used to be good. Focus more on the stores and less on the ads might be a start.

We had a lovely experience when buying appliances with a lovely lady named Julie. One of our items was in stock and two weren't (we are buying white goods for new house.) We changed one item as it wouldn't be in stock til November and this was the beginning of October. As it was a fridge freezer we decided it wasn't one that we could wait that long for. The items were meant to be in the warehouse the following week. Original item that was in stock was delivered no problem but then our experience turns out not very good. A day before the last 2 items were due to be in the warehouse we received a text saying they hadn't heard from the supplier so didn't know when it would be in the warehouse.My partner went in midweek to see what was happening and was stood waiting for over an hour to find one of the two items would definitely be coming in but they didn't know why.couldnt find the second items issue. Another text and another week went by. We went back in and found out our fridge freezer was "stranded" - they don't know when or if the supplier will be providing more stock. So we asked for a refund on the fridge freezer and went elsewhere for the one ( got that delivered in 2 days free delivery no issue). We since heard nothing about our washer dryer so went back in again to find it "should" be in stock on the 11th but sadly we don't hold out much hope and we again asked for a refund.went back to the shop that we got our fridge freezer in the end and managed to walk out with one there and then. I understand there is a supplier issue but waiting nearly a month for goods that are needed immediately due to house move was not helpful.. and the only information given by an actual person was when we went into the store.. text messages to give us poor updates.i think some one should have called us to explain the situation.

I went in to get a new phone from the Carphone warehouse inside Currys. Everyone seemed friendly and helpful throughout the shop.
I found the person from Carphone warehouse to be very professional and impressively knowledgeable on a variety of phones past and present. It was an enjoyable experience, I felt they listened and advised brilliantly as well as being patient and going over specs and comparisons with me so I understood.
I also traded in my old phone and got a nice chunk of the bill for my new phone which is ace.

I would happily shop there again and would recommend them.

I went to collect my vacuum cleaner last night before close and received the most amazing customer service from every single member of staff in store. There was a gentleman who helped me to carry it to my car and a lovely lady who was very helpful and welcoming. What a great team!

We bought our dishwasher from here. We arrived 45 minutes before closing and were instantly asked if we wanted any help by a lovely gentleman called Mike. He sat down with us and was patient and guided us through the buying process. We also mentioned that we will be buying a TV after Christmas and he took time finding out what we were interested in and was extremely knowledgeable.

In the end, we bought a dishwasher and a floor cleaner and paid with Love2Shop vouchers - the staff were unsure how many we could use initially but the manager said we could pay with all of them against the items - this took a while and we actually came out after the store had closed. The staff were friendly here and really helpful. Currys has a bad name generally with lots of negative feedback but if everyone had as good experience that we did, everyone would go away happy which we were.

I would like to say thank you particularly to Mike, Geo and the manager who processed the order with the Love2Shop vouchers!

One of the best electronic shops on the planet. Mind-blowing collections in each and every item, be it TV, fridges, oven, laptops, headphones everything. One who enters this shop, they make him/her feel that he/she definitely buys a product.
I am planning to buy a TV this black Friday sale. Best destination for your electronic needs. Amazing!!!
