Came in to buy a speaker this morning and knew what I was after, I simply needed the unit being opened for me. There were no staff available to do so despite there only being 4 customers in the store. After waiting more than long enough I ended up leaving empty handed rather than waste any more time

It was an odd experience in the store like they didn't want us to buy from them? We went in for a fridge and after a good look around decided on one we liked. I spoke to a guy to come help me and he told me someone at the counter could help.

as i waited in line the friendly lady behind the counter asked the same guy who i just asked for help to help me. So this time he did.

When we got to the fridge we were told it wasn't in stock and we couldn't take the floor model. There was no notice this item wasn't in stock and the guy offered us no alternative.

Eventually the friendly lady from earlier stepped in to help us she found us a great fridge which was the last in stock which would've been just our luck if one of the delivery drivers hadn't come up and informed us they wouldn't be able to deliver.

We just left without buying anything. 1 really helpful member of staff who we loved but the rest of the experience was just odd and overall unpleasant.

Excellent service. We'd had a problem placing an order on line. We visited the store to see if we could buy what we wanted in person. We finally got what we wanted, thanks to the most efficient, patient and pleasant customer service assistant. Sorry we didn't get her name, but the 5 stars rating are purely down to her.

Creation finance were being a complete nightmare ( and didn't seem to know what they were doing!) but DAN, PARIS and JORDON were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I did not leave empty handed and were patient and kept trying to fix things without complaining or making me feel like the customer of their nightmares!! They all helped each other as a team as well, not just expecting one or the other to sort it and they kept apologizing, (they did not need to) and checking on me to make sure I was as ok as can be given that Creation literally messed me around so much my purchase took hours!! Please Currys, give these team members a bonus for their BRILLIANT customer service and managers, make sure they get something too. Value staff like these !!

Waited an hour to speak to someone because there was no staff.
Asked them to price match (as it says they do on posters all over the store) for a blue light discount I receive. Initially said no, then said just order from Samsung directly, told them I wanted to buy from Currys so please price match as per your poster. Guy reluctantly said he will do it, told me out the item was of stock so can order it but again told me I may as well do it through Samsung…..
I said no please order it, he then said can’t price match if he orders it so I will have to call customer service and sort it out myself.
Very unhelpful, guy was very reluctantly to help as all and kept trying to turn my custom away which was very strange.
Walked away empty handed and annoyed

One of the better stocked stores I have been in. Also one of the only stores I can find a shop assistant willing to help. You can usually find a good bargain or discount. Every other Curry's I usually walk in and walk out as the are usually out of stock. I haven't experienced that yet here.

Went to pick up a TV I ordered for collection. Staff so efficient and process was a quick and easy experience. You don't even have to go to the desk. A member of staff approached me and sorted it all from his tablet. Very polite service too.
