I just had a very poor experience with them with a very rude gentleman "serving" me to boot. I purchased a replacement battery cover for a games controller but it didn't work when I got it home. I attempted to return it four days later but was practically accused of not bringing back the item they sold me (the cheek!).

As it was a second hand item their "policy" was to offer a credit note but given the disrespectful way in which I was treated I took the moral high ground and told them to keep both the product and the money. My loss was only for £2.99 but I'm an advocate for honest business and customer service; none of which I experienced here.

My advice (especially if buying a second hand item) is to ask them to show you it working first but beware, if you are buying a second hand item of considerable value their policy will be to provide you a credit note if you find the item does not work when you get it home so be sure you could spend that amount of money on alternative products in store should the situation arise.

Brought my phone in a for a repaired screen. It took longer than they expected to get the screen in but they did not let me know this and when I did come in they let me know that whilst they had got a new screen they did not have the engineer in to fix it... When I got the phone back the screen was poor quality and I only had the phone back for less than 24 hours before it cracked (whilst in my pocket?) and they refused to offer anything besides a shrug and said that it wasn't their problem. £70 wasted really. Would not recommend for anyone looking for long lasting repairs.

If you have a broken or faulty item to sell they will buy it in a heartbeat to sell on to some poor customer. SHUT THIS COWBOY BUSINESS DOWN

Went in on tuesday explained what I wanted they were extremely helpful i bought a tablet and headphones and they must have spent at least half an hour setting everything up re internet skype hotmail addresses etc. also explaining details as it was being installed so I had nothing to do but turn it on when i wanted to use it. Definitely recommend this is good old fashioned service without being ripped off. Will use again unreservedly

Refuses to refund faulty goods. No idea or care for laws protecting consumers. Avoid!

Online are a scam. Insist on bank transfer, they don’t send item and don’t respond to emails
