Beyond PEV

Bought a D5+ 2 last week. I can highly recommend. Great product. Even better than expected. Also i can highly recommend beyond scooters. Great customer service. above and beyond if you'll excuse the pun . Would definitely use them again. May go back for another model at some point.

Purchased a nanrobot d4+2 scooter from Beyond scooters. The service from this company is outstanding, response time amazing, cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic company to deal with.

Pro's:

First off, next day delivery is just amazing so kudos to BE for that service.

My scooter was faulty, they sent TNT pretty quick to pick it up after a few phone calls and gave me option of a full refund/exhange so that's good.

I got a discount code because of being a keyworker so that was nice.

The Guys replied quickly on whatsapp too.

Con's:

Sent me the wrong colour scooter which is pretty amateurish but hey all black looked pretty good in the end.

They sent me a European 2 pin plug with charger again amateurish. I rang them up day1 about it, they said we'll send correct one with goodies for the 2 mistakes but they didn't!

Overall I would recommend BE but customer service could be improved upon going forward guys.

Purchasing my first e-scooter from Beyond Electrek was a great experience!

The selection of e-scooters were second to none and the prices were better than everywhere else. Delivery was quick as my e-scooter was in stock. The highlight of dealing with Beyond Electrek was their amazing customer service, not only were they able to advise me on selecting the right scooter for me but they also provided great technical support when it arrived.
