Ask the manger for help to buy a TV, was told he will send some one over.

20 mim later ask him again if any ones available or if he could help.

Was told he's to busy "controlling the customers" Then went back to standing there doing nothing.

Guess he don't like to sell things.

Had a great experience in this store, some really helpful staff! I had a very specific question about a splitter & various VGA cables etc. Elliott was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my confusing questions. Thank you!

Companies are often saying that "staff are our biggest asset" but being an employee you will probably have a different viewpoint. Currys and I have had a chequered relationship in the past, so on this particular encounter I was extremely pleased with the service that we received and it was all down to one member of staff, Matt at Folkestone store. He was knowledgeable and helpful and made our choice of purchase (a TV) very easy. I hope that next time we deal with Currys we encounter another Matt! I hold my breath.

I am lost in choosing between electronic items ,but the sales chap was polite, patient and knowledgeable and directed me to a deal that was perfect for my needs and very good value

If you want a retailer to take your money, then cancel your order, & not refund you, even after 9 days, then feel free to shop at currys. If you wish to get better customer service then shop elsewhere.

Visited the store with a view to purchasing a tower system. None were on display. I asked a member if stay who confirmed they had the tower system I was interested in. Then he explained 'it was out the back' and 'he wouldn't open the box for me to look at it, as the item would then be difficult to sell'. He wasn't interested in even going 'out the back' to show it to me. Guess what? I left.

Popped in to this store to find out about an Oled TV, and a staff member called Tony was very helpful in explaining the different makes and models and grades of TV, he was happy to spend time with us showing different features of what the TV could do etc, he was really helpful and would definitely go back there again great service.

Dreadful ! Can’t get anny information NO phone contact ! Called 3 times to a call centre couldn’t understand them at all ! They didn’t understand what I was asking !!! ( How do I return a product to a store bought on line ? ) third person gave me supposedly a phone number to arrange this which ended up being the phone number of the manufacturer !!! Will probably never use currys again ! Absolutely terrible ! Over an hour between holding and waiting and getting wrong information !
