I would definitely say that I enjoyed my experience with ilford Baseo team today, as the staff helped me make decision over a range of products and found one suited to my need as a customer, The shop it's self is set up easy for customers to find what they want and plays good music that makes a great vibe in the shop as well as that the displays are tidy and clean and draws you in with the great prices and new technology on today market. Last but not least the service, I would give a 10/10 very pleased

I bought an brand iphone 7 256gb, i was very pleased with the service that was provided at this point. Everyone in the store is very polite, also very helpful and take their time to give an explanation to the customer about there products, which are great. They offer me 1 year warranty on any hardware issues which is great... due to CEX ilford they gave me nothing but excuses to not fix my iphone 5s when they offer 2 years warranty... very please xxx

Store and staff are amazing they gave me better price on my galaxy s6 edge for £180 cash then CEX only give £166 only thing is their accessories that came with the phone are not samsung official. also i notice in a while as visiting the store for new stuff, that alot of customers are just retarded- if you crack you phone, is not covered by warranty, that s for sure :))

I have been shopping in the store at Baseo Ilford, and I am pleased of my product I buy in this store, also the stuff is very polite and knowledge about the product, the staff are very kind and they are very helpful, I like to shop in this store, they have the best price with competitors, better than Cex and cash converters, I am very happy to shop in this store, and also they always give me the best price possible for selling. Also when I sell my products they ether match or beat the price.

**Do not shop here**. Lost lot of money on faulty phone and computer. Dodgy shop and branches. The review are false 5 stars. James is the manager of the shop is noticed and harsh is a staff member there leaving reviews and others. Also the owner shoaib left a positive review. About 3 weeks ago I noticed the fake reviews when I had the problem with the shop selling faulty second hand goods and telling me they were brand new . Cex or cash convertors or gadcet are better to go to and are more professional unlike the manager james who was very rude to me and also other customers in the shop. This shop should be closed down and will be reporting you to Google for fake reviews and also have the police invloved for scamming my card details and selling used damaged stuff as brand new

This just became one of my favourite shops. Staff is super nice and friendly. They are also helpful and went extra miles to find the fitness band and the PlayStation controller I was looking for. Items are kept very well that some are like new. This shop also has the best prices in the market. I highly recommend it.

Just bought a smartwatch from these guys and gotta say their service was actually awesome. Blunt but honest guys, seems to be a close knit team.
Plus the price was great.

Not a good customer service, misleading with website price and store price.
I have been in the shop and i wanted to sell my iphone 7, on website is says £122 when i went to the shop the guy who got tattoos on his hand was offering me £70. When I showed him website price he said website is not working from last 4 years.If website is not working from last 4 years how come it showing Iphone 11 and Iphone 12 prices which are not 4years old phones and he was rude and doesnt wanted to serve customer.
