Went to Brixton then sent to Colliers Wood then they emailed to Sydenham as was told would hold K25MMB21 Kenwood Conventional Microwave.
Now got here and they say they did not get any email and not got the stock to sell as all will not sell shelf items.
So am I the one at fault here ?

Do not buy from them they stole my money.

Hope my bad experience will help someone. I bought an item online asked to pick it up from the store.

When I went there they the customer assistants did not give me the item because I was late in the collection.
Ok no problems With this so I asked for refund.

At the shop they said I would had received a refund but they never gave it to me.

I called sent several emails to the customer service they told me the item results collected but it was not.
So I do not have the item not even my money.
I cannot believe

The staff asked me to leave my phone and return tomorrow to pick up the new phone!

Because the phone was out of stock I had to leave my phone i trade-in and return tomorrow to pick up the new one; had the choice to pay full and return tomorrow trade-in my phone and the amount will be refunded.

It is absurd! I understand the phone was out of stock but Curry’s shouldn’t be asking this to customers. They should be more efficient and focus more in customer as a business.

Also the waiting time was too much. There were 4 staff working with customers and they came and left many times as headless chicken.

When my turned came the staff asked me to wait and serve a click and collect order for someone who was behind me?!

I was waiting longer than them, do not make me wait longer to serve other!

Not focus on customers, just sales!

Never returned here and I wisin suggest everyone to not come either of you don’t want a terrible experience!

Good to be able to touch and feel the items for sale. Need more staff on hand as had at least 3 lots of customers waiting even when they were doing their best.

Massive store but since maybe 2020 the staff have become so slow that I HAVE to buy off Amazon to avoid waiting 30 minutes in their queue. Today I even did a click and collect and that took over 15 minutes because nobody was at the collection desk. The only thing I will probably buy from Currys now is a massive washing machine, all smaller items must be bought from Amazon their in store layout is good but experience is extremely poor. I believe this store will be permanently closed or downsized before 2030 after losing too much business to online retail. Curry’s business model is slowly failing as shift their focus away from customer services/customer experience and more towards Buy Now Pay Later deals

Curry is a large electrical warehouse that has various items.
The store is spacious, clean, and very well stocked up. At the moment there are good deals on TV, computers all most on every think go's pick up a bargain for the holidays.

Phone section waiting for last 50 mins no sign of any attendant or customer service guy ... And funny store staff even don't know who runs what ... Let's see how long it will take to get some one to come .. stay away stay safe ..

Poor stock levels. I can't remember the last time I was able to find something that was actually in stock. This time was a kindle. Not in stock and no alternative offered. Ordered from Amazon instead. Very poor show. I bought my Apple macbook elsewhere for similar reasons.
