This store is supposed to sell Second hand items. I bought a used headphones and it was more expensive than a new one. I tried to return it, Just to be told they have a internal "no return" policy. The phone cost 20£ and the same same one, new, was costing around 16£ pounds.

The seller also told me that, after charged, the bluetoot phone would last around 2 weeks, but in the box was written "up to 10 hours". I Will never buy again in this store!!!

The worst place that i bouth phone from i went i bouth motorola g6play i asked even before seeing it is it with the original charger and all the staff with the phone the guy was like yes i tested the phone and got home after i saw that the charger is huawei 5w instead of 10 w that comes with the phone and they said thats what we did no changing so TH WORST PLACE PLUS RUDE ATITUDE !!! And I asked is it with all parts so you lie to people that's nice

Been here few time my last visit was amazing as always and what better way than great staff even tho they had masks on could tell they where smiling and happy merry Xmas all

Very knowledge young man, found me a bargain. Very pleased. They have some high end phones. Preowned . Cameras, head phones. No rubbish.Lots on display one year Guarantee. Ask what your looking for because they have lots out the back. Great value for Money!!

If u call them they don't pick up I had a query about my tablet which is in buy back and I'm living quite far, try to reach them every hour for a full day
