Really useful shop.
Very good for ironmongery, fittings and other useful stuff around the house.
Buy quite a few fittings and stuff for our house, and my wife goes there and gets a lot of good advice and help.
So the staff are very good and there to help you get the right bits.
Lucky to have this shop fairly local to us.
Recommended.

helpful with selecting product but then would not return it few days later when it did not fit because of receipt. The shop knows its products and it was a hand written receipt so they must have a carbon copy of it. It is not necessary to hide behind "where is the receipt?"

Great supplier, great products, very friendly staff, dealt with Dan Collins quite a few times now. Very helpful, polite and knows his stuff about tools. Highly recommended

I have been using the shops for years. Alway very knowledgeable and helpful, and if they don't have what you want which is rare, they will point you in the right direction. They will often give you something free if it's only a few nut and bolts

Very helpful and patient staff. I hope they did not think I was a nuisance as I was back and forth at least 3 times that a.m trying to get right lock instructions. In the end, I got the help. Lock still not heavy enough, but they had patience with me.

If women were employed at the serving counter, barely seen ever in the long decades old life of this essentially good builder's merchant, then there might be the smallest grain of hope. Alas no.
