Great reviews, and a family business, so I took my TV in for repair. Unlike the faceless out of town Emporiums, you get personal service and feel valued as a customer. I was kept informed through the repair process, the TV is now as good as new and all for a very reasonable price. I'm so pleased, I know where my next TV and Washing machine will be coming from. Great to see value for money and good service can come together.

Superb service in responding to an emergency when our washing machine broke down on Christmas Eve. Telephoned on 29 December, chose a new machine at a competitive price which was fitted the next day! Without this prompt service we would have been stuck, given the increase in covid tier restrictions the day after. The fitter, Angus, even altered the pipework to ensure a better fit for the new machine. Throughout staff were helpful and sympathetic to our plight, would not have got this level of service anywhere else. Will obviously use again. Many thanks.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my tv in to get checked for and it ended up taking them around three weeks, even though they told me only one tv was before me, just to tell me the tv is fried. I spent £50 for them to look which they told me at the time of bringing in my tv that I could spend it on any other product in the store if I did not want to use it towards a repair. After being told my tv is in unsalvageable I asked to purchase another tv that I had seen in store. I was then informed it was out of stock and that they had no idea when it was coming back in. I then tried to use the £50 to purchase a kettle instead to make use of the £50 and was then told I could only spend the money on a tv not anything else in their store even though when I first brought it in I was told it could he used to buy anything in the store. The lady on the phone was also incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the whole process.

Damaged my TV beyond economical repair. Daniels delivered a replacement the next working day. Unpacked it, set it up, brilliant. Service with a smile. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Had an emergency, with my electronics, so they popped in on the way back to the shop, and got everything working again bar one dead item - new replacement ordered.
This service you do not get from the global chains.

We recently moved to the area and needed several household appliances installing quickly. Daniels TV came to the house to do a survey & advise on the best options. They ordered and fitted all the appliances within a few days, at a competitive price. The service we received was friendly, helpful and professional. A fantastic local business.

Incredibly helpful company! Due to the location of our home, which is on a hill, it required a bespoke delivery and they were the only company we could find within the Stroud area that were willing to help us. The delivery men were super knowledgeable and ensured the washing machine was fully working before they left. All round great service from initial phone call to delivery. Would recommend this company 100%. Local, dependent and efficient!
