splashed out on a Gigablue quad. Delivery next day despite our lift being out.
Setting it up was a nightmare to the point it was either going back or out the window - so an email to Kuul was sent along a couple of questions.
Kuul phoned on rapid response and accessed it remotely, setting it all up. Brilliant service.
There's still a few tweaks needed but I've every confidence the support is there.

Purchased the Buzz TV X5 128AI. Had a few teething problems, during set up.as I couldn't get used to the layout. I rang Kuul Media, for help. The service I received, was above & beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Hardy, remotely accessed my machine & talked me through, everything. I wish, customer services, for ALL of my purchases, were up to this standard. If you want good service, for you're device(s) & good quality, I highly recommend KUUL MEDIA. The box performs very well

I had an ongoing problem with my BuzzBox 4900. Having tried every configuration possible with no success, I contacted Kuul.
Hardy arranged to call me back at a time that suited me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thankfully he had the problem solved in a short space of time. He was very patient and explained everything to me that I had to do. I am very impressed with the after service provided by Kuul and particularly Hardy.
