Recently purchased a B&O Beocentre 8500 to replace my 8000 which after thirty odd years of trouble free use started to have one or two issues. The 8500 was as advertised and in mint condition and is working beautifully. There service was second to none and very prompt, I would rate my experience very highly and if I need anything in the future I will certainly be back. Many thanks for a great service!

Spoke to Helen for advice on the phone. Sent my B&O 3702 bass drivers in for re-foaming. Kept in touch with Ray by email who kept me updated re progress.
Delivered back in excellent condition, well packed and protected.

Serviced a Beomaster 4000 for me. Bearing in mind this amplifier receiver is over 40 years old it was returned working beautifully. Ray is utterly trustworthy and gave great advice regarding servicing. Would definitely use this company again and their prices are reasonable

Bought a 1970’s B&O record player from eBay, Ray & Helen provided support over the phone and went on to complete some fault diagnosis and repair on my system - it now works perfectly. Ray and Helen are passionate about B &O products they have a wealth of knowledge on the range old and new. I recently had a service on a Beogram 5500 system Ray went over the items in great detail I had to have a new masterlink control unit as the old one was beyond repair,fantastic service all working fine on test I got the CD player home and it developed a fault, Ray offered to come out to me 50 miles away but I said I would send it up via courier. unit had a dry joint just unlucky could have happened any time problem sorted and player delivered back to me in person. I cannot fault their professional and dedicated service I cannot recommend them highly enough thanks guys and girl 😁.

Absolutely briliant service at very reasonable cost. We pre-arranged to drive 200 miles to deliver our complete system for repair/service, and picked it up as agreed within 48 hours, having seen it all working. Very helpful all along the way with prompt phone calls and emails, could not ask for more.
