Came into Worthing store Lyons Farm for a new Bosch washing machine .Cameron was brilliant, he was most helpful and informative with aiding our decision on the Bosch model we we finally decided on, as the original one we wanted was not available till end of September. Bought a new iron at the same time on our visit, was useful to "try" the weight rather than buy online. Again, Cameron was helpful and overall, we would easily say he went " above and beyond" on selling the items we needed.
Great experience. Very personable, so key these days.

Advertising stock they dont have, very limited knowledge of anything, website totally inaccurate & 70% of products miss priced or wrongly priced & laptops on display no longer available.
Paid £21 for taxi there & back based on the website & customer service only to find out of 5 expensive items none were available despite going purchase £3100 worth of straightforward items ie two phones two smart watches and an expensive laptop.
The website, customer sevices & staff & price tags all said completely conflicting stories & no one had a clue about anything apart from how to stand around drinking energy drinks and laughing together regarding what substances they were going to enjoy this weekend.
Probably time for trading standards to review it.

My laptop finally gave up the ghost but as luck would have it Currys were having a sale. Checked on line and found something suitable that was in stock and took myself off to get a hands on feel and then if it ticked the box buy.
Young lad serving was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so decision made and he disappeared to get a new one in the box. Problem then encountered as inventory was saying one in stock (non display) but in reality there wasn't one..
He couldn't have been more apologetic but hey it happens right. It's not that you have a problem it's what you do to fix. Was offered free delivery to my home the next day so good response.

Recommendation - shops stock level is something worth checking before setting off.

Very much depends when what time you are there. I went in the evening and plenty of staff there to help. I've also been in busy times and you can't find anyone. Great to still have physical stock to view and pretty competitive against online prices.

We have been looking for an American style fridge freezer for awhile and went into Curry’s to have a look,Jennie helped us and was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different models.We wanted to look at one that wasn’t stocked there and she went out of her way to source it for us,in the end we decided on the first one we had seen and went back to purchase where once again Jennie was very helpful and processed the order for us,top marks for customer service !

How on earth does this store keep on trading? It seems every time I go up there and they are out of stock of the thing I want. Just been up there and got disappointed once again. Haven't they heard of out of stock signs. Instead of making customers wait for them to check their pad to see they are out of stock. Then they ask you if you want to wait 5 days for it to be delivered! Why would I do that when I can order it on Amazon and get it the next day. You can try to support the high street but if it keeps giving service like this there is only one place it's heading!

If there is zero star I would like to put it , I went to purchase a laptop they showed me one I took a photo from the customer service' iPad and sent it to my husband then we searched about speciation on the website we choose one and when I received it I discovered that the speciation is different , they refused to return it and they said we put windows for you we can't return it despite I am not open the box they opened it because they said you have to pay 40 pounds over the price because we should setup windows for you & you should left it with us till tomorrow , also when I opened the laptop on second day when I received it there was a blue screen with error , I think there is something wrong with laptop I went to system information then I discovered the processor number & CPU is different from the one I chosen , also there customer service member wasn't respect he was nervous and do unrespectful sign by his hand to my laptop front of me, this happened between 12 till 12:25 pm on the Worthing branch they can review their camera ,

Really bad experience!!!!Still waiting for them to come to pick up the old washing machine, no communication between store and customer service and a nightmare to get anything sorted!!! Really disappointed and fed up!!!! It's been 3 weeks on this nightmare!!!!!!
