It's one thing making a top quality product but to follow it up with a first class customer service on top of that, hats off to you and your team! Set off headphones for a repair and from start to finish professional and quick responses. Would recommend to anyone!

I had my first pair of these a long time ago and a pair or 2 inbetween always a great speaker. When a new set came out a few years ago i did order but because ireland is such a small country it seamed like the rest of the world were getting before us, the wait was so long i moved on to another company. But Never say Never

I tried to get in touch with the B&W through their website, the support contact us link is dead. I tried through Facebook too and have been ignored.
I bought a pair of PI5 headphones and there is terrible voice feedback when using them on a call.
I will never buy another B&W product and I hope this generates some response or at least warns off other prospective customers.
