I requested a survey of my chilly cottage. The survey was arranged promptly and the surveyor was great. No hard sell whatsoever, instead a really helpful discussion about what would be appropriate for my needs and the space.The recommendations were followed with a quote and installation arranged two weeks later with payment of a deposit. Installation was impressive. The two person team were professional, and were so clean and tidy I could not find anything to vacuum after they left. The best bit is I have a warm home on the most efficient and effective system (economy 7) available out in the sticks with the security of a 10 year warranty. Highly recommended for expertise, customer service and product.
