Taking the old one away for a reason price

Webbs came up trumps on EVERY single point.
Having worked in retail at a high managerial level for many years, trust me, its hard to impress me when it comes to service, again, Webbs ticked that box too.
The oven was ordered late on a Thursday evening, got a call the next morning offering delivery THAT day!
I explained I was at work and the old oven was still in the housing. I asked if Monday(day off) was available and was asked to check the next day for availability with the delivery team. On Saturday morning I got another call offering delivery that morning. By now the old oven was out and ready to go and I was more than happy to say yes.
It was delivered at 10:10am, the delivery team were polite, courteous and efficient. In and out in minutes.
The oven is absolutely amazing and we love it to bits.
Our sincere thanks to all at Webbs for providing a rarely experienced efficient service with prices that beat everyone.

Just a day before the delivery, their courier noted that I was living in a block of flats and couldn't deliver my fridge-freezer due to height issues in the lift (I mentioned that the ceiling would be high enough as they needed a minimum height of 7ft, and mine was a good 2.4m or 7'8") . This should've been mentioned and considered before as I had an urgent order for baked goods and relied on the fridge coming in.
Webbs, rather than calling to apologise for not being able to fulfil their part, or work a solution to have the freezer delivered proceeded to cancel my order without any prior notification in which a refund would take place over the next few days.
The refund came in, but it was the price of the original (first) model (minus the additional I paid). I've tried emailing and calling them for the additional money to no avail, and they make you wait too long on the live chats.
Worst service ever.
They simply do not care!
I waited 10 days and they didn't call regarding my online order.
I paid another supplier a little more but I got next day delivery.
