Was experiencing a TV malfunction so rang on Friday afternoon.Tv was collected same afternoon and was diagnosed Saturday morning.I was subsequently given an honest appraisal which on a previously faultless 10 year old Samsung led me to decide the time had come to replace it,.We are fortunate in our area to have somebody who cares about the customer like this,sadly a rapidly disappearing concept.
