Never have anything in stock. Told one laptop I wanted available at this store drive here to be told it has installation USB with it already and wanted to charge me £40 more for something I never wanted to begin with. Good luck finding any member of staff who wants to deal with a customer no wonder actually shops are closing I shall purchase all future items from AO.

Friendly staff. A good selection of stocked items, though not as big as some of the larger stores. If you are coming here primarily to view and compare products, maybe go elsewhere (we couldn't find two of the three laptops we wanted to compare and test drive before deciding on one), but other stuff (our microwave, TV and vacuum cleaner was in stock) is readily available, and servuce is quick and efficient. Plenty of parking too.

Upon visiting this store it becomes quite obvious why the majority of electrical purchases are now online. Wanted to look at a few different headphones but most of the display cabinets were either removed or empty. A fairly grim place too.

I went in for a multi cooker and the member of staff who served me (sorry don't know her name)was great. She was informative, very helpful and extremely friendly.

Got full brief of the product I wanted to buy and salesperson wasn't pushy at all. Even offered Cheaper options that was better based on my requirement. I liked the overall experience.

My husband and me took a trip to curry's for a new hoover there wasn't the one we wanted in store so the sales girl checked another store they had some so we went there , the customer service is very good at both stores at Riverside and Nene Valley and we got our new hoover Thankyou curry's

It is either one or other assistants by the bucket load annoying you or no one taking any notice of you as today. there is staff walking around with their heads where the sun don't shine I had not got what I want grrrrr

Visited with my grandson who was looking, at a mobile phone when he asked a sales operative if he could look at one more closely was told "no its bolted down ", I'm encouraging him to take his business elsewhere
