No signage on the front or side. They are hidden inside Marshall's Electronics/EURONICS. You are left to walking around the place to find them.
Extremely poor customer service. I only came here after being recommended by the Toshiba regional service centre. They charge a non refundable £20 for running diagnostics. I wasn't informed about the progress of my TV for 1 month. When I did ring in between I was told they were waiting for parts.
The final response was my TV did not have a fault in the first place...what a waste of time.!!!

Having never had a tv repaired before we didn't really know what to expect. View tech were sub contracted the work from Domestic & General insurance and did an excellent job for us. Their representative was professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. He gave us a good idea of what the issue was, how long it would take to rectify and what alternatives were available should they be any problems. Give the repair took place in the middle of the covid epidemic the repair was done well within the time quoted and to a high quality. Not sure what others experiences have been with this company but ours was extremely good.

Complete and utter shambles of a company. No customer service. Took forever to do a simple repair on my tv. After 12 days they told me it was ready but they were too busy to deliver it back. Had to wait another 3 days. DO NOT USE.

Shocking service place if I could give zero stars I would ..
They took my TV for purple spots on screen they repaired it brought it back checked it but there's a big line down the screen now so they took it back again now they said it needs a new screen so obviously they did something to it for it to have the line down it it's the second time my insurance place has used them and twice they had to take it back for something different from the original problem whoever repairs the tvs really needs to get a job doing something else because they really can't fix tvs .
