Currys PC World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

I've been to this location on numerous occasions and each time the service is horrible. Even when the store is empty of customers, no staff is available to help and answer questions. Today the 2 staff that where in the floor where sitting down and texting on their phones. I waited and waited, but they could not be bothered. I ended up walking up to them and ask for a price on an alarm clock. The girl was clueless and didn't really want to look. So I asked her to scan it so I can be informed of the price. The store is in poor condition, shelves are half empty, poor choice... this is why I shop on Amazon instead. Not going back.

Very bad experience. I bought a refrigerator, dish washer and a washing machine from there. There was a crack on the front door of the refrigerator and a crack on dish washer door from inside. When I started using it for the first time water started leaking from that crack. I reported the matter immediately to curry’s.Team know how was not at all cooperative rather they asked me to speak to Bosch people instead of replacing it. Number of times I visited their store but they kept passing the buck to each other. I am still waiting for Bosch people. Really a very bad experience.

Excellent customer service. IFTI was very helpful as I commented to the store manager. It was thanks to Ifti that you got the sale. I originally went to Guildford branch but service was so poor I will now continue to take my business to the Woking branch in the future.

Disgusting customer service from the guy delivering the parcels to the cars tonight he couldn't help us at all, he saw us waiting for an order 30min (we were clearly in the wrong shop our parcel went to a different area Currys for some reason) and he didn't say anything, why we waiting that long or something he even said I saw your car all this time. When I went and ask him whats going on he was walking away while I was talking to him. he didn't even bother trying listening me kept interrupting me and in general he was really rude the way he was talking . Shows how much you value your customers. Would give 0 star if I could.

Selection of goods and notification process fine but car collection system needs serious work. Scrolling lists rather than boxes you can fill. Email doesn't carry order number over to in car park notification. I gave up in the end after 10 minutes and walked in.

Attended store to buy some earphones, only my wife ,myself and one other customer in store . Asked closest assistant to remove earphone from locked shelf and told "wait I am with a customer " waited 10 minute's and left , walking out noticed two groups of 3 staff members(including manager) chatting including the one I was waiting for . Chatting to each other clearly more important than assisting customer. Great service ,won't be going back here.

Had a complication with my dads laptop that we tried to return online, collection driver missed us two times so we went into store for refund but there was an issue as it had been more than 30 days since purchase but the collection had been requested prior to it. The manager (Sagaar I believe) gave us all of the possible options and Mohsin, a colleague, guided us through the process very calmly and efficiently. It took a while but they were apologetic and sincere throughout. We even ended up buying a replacement laptop once refund was issued. Brilliant customer engagement and advertisement from Mohsin! Dad is very pleased with the replacement PC for his work! Thank you!

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Gave us good advice and steered us towards the product we needed and not the higher price alternative. Check out staff were friendly. Really good experience
