Great help here. I've been to other shops who have tried to sell me stuff I didn't want and here the guy who served me talked through every option and gave his opinion on the products and listened very carefully to what I preferred and didn't like to help me find what I wanted in my price range. The selection of juices is amazing so much choice.
But over all great place I'm sad I didn't find it sooner. They are very knowledgeable and even simplified everything for me ( being relatively new to vaping and not understanding the lingo) Great service.

Great friendly staff and great range of juice, equipment and accessories. (However you have stopped selling a favourite juice of mine!) Love going down to the shop and always feel at home here. Pop in to try before you buy and don't take the risk of purchasing poor juice elsewhere. Brilliant place

Friendly and knowledgeable- helpful without being pushy.

The lady who works here is so helpful and friendly I always feel welcome (which some vape shops can make you feel a little uncool). Every time I’ve been we’ve had a chat and a laugh and I’ve come out with some fantastic juice.

Tom was extremely helpful today, he solved my problem instantly with my current vape and even recommended some new liquids! God knows why he isn’t on a commission structure his service is AMAZING!!!!

Went to visit this shop twice, first time was to check out his products and he was so understanding and helpful on our price limit and being able to smell the vape flavours.
Went back for the second time today and he was so kind and helpful, he was so happy to help me and my husband on his choices and he knows his information about the oils and flavours. He was so easy to talk to. Thank you very much :)

The staff are really knowledgeable and always so, so friendly and accommodating. The customer service here is fantastic and they stock a great range of products from juices to mods.
