My friend had taken a computer in for repair, when it was picked up nothing on the screen was were it should be have been, even though it was requested, which is very frustrating. It has taken her many hours of work to put it all back were she wanted them, and remove others which had been taken off years ago.
What makes it right, that all sorts of pinned tiles should be put on the computer that weren't on before and in an order that someone else thinks they should be in, when it doesn't suit everyone.
Curry's, you need to listen to your customers!
Other than that, something I wanted was out of stock, again. And no one knew when it was going to be available!

My son's gaming laptop stopped working at less than 13 months. Currys still got the laptop checked at their repair centre for me. Unfortunately, the laptop couldn't be fixed but Currys in Southport have been so helpful and supportive and the repair centre have been extremely good too. I really feel listened too and valued. So much so that I have bought another gaming pc with Currys and this time I have also taken out care and repair. Thanks Currys we really appreciate all your help - Vicky and Gabriel

Went In to buy Some JBL headphones and to price match with a discount code which they introduced. Went in and The manager I'd reckon . He was adamant he could not price match against the manufacturer with a discount code which I have done before . I showed him on the Terms and conditions it doesn't state anything he mentioned and then he got very rude and said he will honour it this time and walked off and got a colleague to do it which is pathetic. The employee' name who was rude for name and shame is (Terry) don't let this man try and rip you off.

Manager unfriendly and justifying hers staff lack of interest of customers that they had a busy day. Most ridiculous reason to justify staff. I hope that manager get fired and never work with customers again as her lack of competence was contagious.

This is not my local store but I went in to buy a tv, while visiting family in the area. I was really impressed by the friendly, professional and efficient service. My local Currys could learn a thing or two!

Not been for a while...they've moved a couple of hundred yards right towards Aldi. Very helpful staff, and found what it was I needed....

I was charged twice for my items and was told I couldn't have a refund as it was a ghost sale. My bank laughed and said you are entitled to one. Mike the manager refused and said it will just go back in your account it happens all the time !!!!. My bank have now had to claim it as Currys were not willing . Even their head office agreed with my bank. Never again.

Ok store some of the staff can be nice but there one in there called Andrew very rude to me and my mum as my TV wasn't working said he couldn't refund or exchange it was it was out the return period knowing it wasn't I've also paid for care and repair for it lucky I've managed to fix it at the end.
