Currys

We purchased a washing machine which, unfortunately, didn't quite fit into our extremely small home. Currys provided us with a refund with no fuss at all.
Unfortunately, they do not have a small enough machine for us.
We will (as always) continue to buy the majority of our electric items from them.
Well done Currys.

I wanna give 4 stars because of service there by one of the staff members, but 3 star's mostly of much overwhelming boxes on the path,the atmosphere being so negative, is always a products locked by strings or cable's, you can't lift and touch item you buy, I understand safety blah blah,but dam we not in London nobody stealing here in rugby.

Next point,really guy's I just wanna see TV remote before buying 2k TV. Is only one item you touch always using it. Why I need explain:
,,do you really wanna buy this,, to try TV remote??

Staff is always 18 years kids don't understand what you asking them, and probably don't understand difference between LED TV From Oled.

Really need improvement.

Stock levels are pretty poor. Demo TVs are often not switched on. Store is generally a mess. Frequently staff standing around in groups chatting and not asking if anyone needed help i.e. Me

Very competitive prices, so much easier than trawling though so many "sponsored" irrelevancies on amazon. Helpful staff

This was totally rubbish. They delivered damaged goods. The delivery drivers were useless and unhelpful. The online customer service wouldn’t help. The store has no phone number. Never buy from Curry’s.

Appalling customer service from HOLLIE-RAE at this store, huffing and puffing, she clearly was clueless, we asked for delivery, that was a mammoth task for her. We returned to this store as it’s the closest and we have purchased previously without issue. We’ll go somewhere else next time!
The staff in general are huddled in groups chatting, come on management get it sorted.

General Manager Jay, is rude and obnoxious. I watched him today throw a 80 yr old woman out off the store and refused to give her a refund after miss selling her a product. I was shocked and disgusted by his awful behaviour! I refused to shop with them again!

Hollie was a great help she even stayed at work past her clock out time amazing service thanks hollie Wilson.
