Very disappointed brand new laptop makes no noise and launched the startup which never happened. After 5 hours gave up.

Smaller shop than Bury, and was hoping that the employees had more of a knowledge of the products they sold, but that may not be the staffs fault - could be poor training by company? Staff very polite and helpful nevertheless. Lots of parking and close to other shops for convenience. Shop was very clean and tidy.

For corporate, change the processes of warranties to something more modern and computarized. It was painfull to sign two documents twice (one for the store and another for the customer).

Apart from that good selection, but above average prices.

The manager here was great. I walked in looking for a particular item. I was researching this & prices on my phone for a few minutes. No staff approached me. Eventually the manager came up to me and asked if any of his team had already made contact. I explained that they hadn't. He then helped me with the purchase I wanted, at a great "price matched" price. Excellent service. He gets my award for best service I've ever had in Currys.

No one from behind the counter seems to want to come out and serve customers. We went to buy something couldn't find it asked for some help all we got from the lady behind the counter was it's over there. Then a very helpful male member of staff saw we needed help and advice with our purchase just before we walked out as we have done on many occasions. They must loose loads of customers. Moore better customer service please currys .This is not the first time this has happened to us

Good selection of goods. Nice and spacious aisles. Good lighting so you can see the goods. Could have done with a few more staff on shop floor, but it was New years eve. Staff very polite and helpful.

Needed cooker spare part. Don't do computers. Salesman went above & beyond & got part for me using own email address. Part arrived within 3 days.

The staff is more intrested in chatting with each other rather then helping customers. I lost my will to buy a product after half an hour of waiting . Less customers then stuff at that point.
