Terrible service! In order to receive my item I was asked to pay 100 percent tax by the postman! At no point was I made aware I would be subject to such a high tax! crazy ey! 100% of the value of my item!
I rejected this item and am now forced to still pay £15 postage and I don't get my oder! Avoid this site!!

140+ orders over 3 yrs. I love this place. Great price on lipos, huge, ever changing stock. Lots of choice for kit builds and the like. UK warehouse staff are brilliant. Ian especially :)

Really bad service and no form of contact made easy, then you have to wait nearly 7 days for then to respond to your email to fins that you wont be getting next day delivery but 39 days!!! Never Use Them. Strongly recommend using a Company that has a contact number. Hobbyking hides behind it's website and chat function and lengthy claims process.. . All set up in their favour.

For example they ask you to return goods via a non-tracked postage method otherwise they might not refund you the full postage amount. What they're really saying is send stuff and if our admin is poor and we cannot locate your return then tough luck go claim from the postage company. They changed their tack after I stated it was sent recorded and someone had signed it. They refund 80% of goods if a return has been opened even if you have to open them to get return numbers for claim. Luckily I'm only £20 out of pocket, but if could have been much more. Be warned.

I bourght battery from Hobbyking, tried to charge ,charger shows 1 cell faulty, send 16 emails with videos and photos to hobbyking they recond didn't got my emails. Been faithful customer to hobbyking for over 10 years now buying from other companies. I don't know what changed but service is terrible nothing like before.

Please don't go anywhere near Hobbyking
Use a reputable company they take your money and don't send your items .Trying to get a refund is a massive challenge

I can not believe the policy of this company. They lost the package that I ordered 6 weeks ago.
I already paid it then . After so long no even one mail telling me what it’s going y, I contact them and they ask me to wait another month to see if they by chance get to find the package...... it the main time they refuse to send me my order and they said that in some point in the future they might give me the option of a refund or send it again....if I’m lucky then 2 months later....!?!?!?! . This is the worst experience I have ever had. Worst online purchase experience. I will never order anything here.
