I researched companies local to me that specialise in car audio upgrades, Muby came up on the search.
I looked on FB and Google. Mixed reviews - mostly complaining about TV service of any bad reviews and they had responded to each one, nothing mentioning car audio. So I took my car to them, I trusted them. I was told they knew what they had to do. Razwan Pervez told me he has upgraded many BMW cars and that he had done his own BMW convertible too.
I took a picture of the products they said they would install (vibe), for my own interest to make sure they are well reviewed online.
Cut a long story short, they didn’t install what they quoted 🤷♂️🤷♂️
All they did is install a subwoofer and basic equipment to sync in with my system wiring 🤬
The audio sound was utterly terrible….
Through my own investigations, with help from another specialist, I was able to determine that they didn’t do a correct installation. Something didn’t seem right.
The owner got involved, he led to a resolution that resulted in me receiving what I told I was getting originally.
You can imagine my dissatisfaction and extreme anger when I ‘observed’ them swap out original speakers and replace with what I was originally quoted.
I found them out and confronted.
Razwan Pervez at first continued to say he had put new and upgraded BMW speakers in the car - until I got confirmation from BMW that the speakers in the car are the same speakers that left the factory in my car. Razwan Pervez
eventually admitted that he lied to me, and he said sorry. However, he wouldn’t tell me why he lied to me, which leads me to the conclusion that this guy is a crook and has done this to lots of people, he just wanted to rob me of my hard earned cash and make a fast £. I have been back and forth 5 times and I have spent over 15hours waiting for my car to be sorted.
Today 25/02/22 my car is sorted. > 10 weeks after my first installation.
I am left feeling truly disgusted with how this business has dealt with me.
I must add, I trust the owner, he seems a decent guy, however, Razwan Pervez has no integrity or conscience, he is a robbing little toe-rag! He is the one I dealt with. Until the owner got involved.
So if you do use these guys I suggest the following
1. Get them to write down what they are going to install upfront
2. Watch them do the installation, if not, then ask them to take pictures and give you any parts they take out of the car
3. Don’t transfer £ to the private bank account of Razwan Pervez - best use a credit card, I didn’t know at the time that I was transferring money to a personal bank account
4. Get a receipt for the works carried out
Happy to discuss what I have been through with anyone who feels they may have been robbed by Razwan Pervez.
